Our most practiced technology experts, our Advanced Products technicians, handle commercial electronics programs. Our Advanced Product’s team handles complex in-office electronics while still emphasizing the customer relationship. No matter the scale of your last-mile service needs, techdash technicians are prepared to make your on-premise program a success.
Our technicians are supported by our full suite of logistics options including Network Operations Center (NOC) and call center which can directly engage tier 1 and tier 2 support calls. When required, the NOC and call center can dispatch our technicians to your customer’s premise to help resolve any service or product malfunctions or begin the return process (including potentially delivering a replacement device). Our Closed-Loop Logistics offerings also provide solutions for all other logistics behind getting your product into market.
