9000-V. TL 9000-V is the result of a cooperative effort between
customers, service providers and suppliers belonging to the Quality
Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications Forum (QuEST). Based
on ISO 9001 standards, TL 9000-V was created specifically to address
the telecommunications industry and the need for reliability in mission-critical
networks.
TL 9000-V encompasses the quality system requirements and metrics
for the design, development, production, delivery, installation and
maintenance of both telecommunications products and services. These
standards include an emphasis on:
• Customer Relations
• Continual Improvements in Processes
• Standardized Performance Metrics
Early in 2004, Goodman Networks earned TL 9000-V recognition,
making us only the 27th services company in the world to do so. The
certified processes and standards compliance that earned us this
designation drive the success of our teams in the field and differentiate
us from local competitors, who typically do not have the resources
to invest in such intense operational standards models.
In both of our annual audits since our TL 9000-V certification Goodman
Networks passed with zero 'non-conformities'. We feel that
this achievement is not only an indicator of our overall knowledge
but the quality of that knowledge as well. It's one of the
