There is focus on Network Performance on major KPIs (such as Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvement). 

Performance and consultative Professional Services and support for technologies with a variety of tools, processes and performance measurement leading edge equipment.  There is professional certified support and responsibility for field support, including FOAs, NPIs, and Customer trials.  Our teams support RF Design for CDMA, EVDO, GSM, UMTS, and WIMAX technologies as well as all drive testing and performance measurement logistics.
