Our tower and civil crews help us provide self-perform construction capabilities, better enabling us to achieve  3G, 4G and transport network program schedule requirements.

Availability of qualified tower and civil crews is vitally important for fulfillment of the volume of work associated with ongoing  network implementation and enhancement programs. Unlike many telecom services companies, Goodman Networks provides self-performance construction capabilities to supplement local subcontractor resource pools and better equip ourselves to meet customer schedule objectives.  We employ crews in many markets across U.S.

All Goodman Networks construction work is overseen by our independent quality and safety organization. We perform periodic on-site quality checks and self-audit all completed projects.  Construction personnel must complete all applicable training and certifications including OSHA 12-hour and tower-climbing safety courses. Our safety managers conduct on-site observations during sensitive activities like crane work and tower climbing.  We ensure the proper condition and utilization of all safety equipment and log all recordable incidents in accordance with our robust safety policies and procedures.  It is through these steps that our construction personnel are able to contribute to our industry-leading quality and safety record.
