Goodman Networks strives to take a proactive approach to safety and to that end we have joined the OSHA Partnership with the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE).  This partnership is designed to promote a culture of safety awareness and accident prevention in the telecommunications industry.

A key component to this proactive approach is a comprehensive training program that begins with safety orientation, includes specialized classroom courses taught by in-house certified instructors, interactive online training, and goes on to continual reinforcement through weekly safety topics.

Safety training sessions include topics such as:

  • OSHA 30 and 10 Hour Training
  • Electrical Safety
  • Hazard Communication
  • Driver Safety
  • Tower Climber and Rescue Certification
  • Fall Protection
  • CPR and First Aid
All work performed by Goodman Networks complies with Federal, state and local Environmental Safety, and Health regulations such as the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, and applicable Department of Transportation regulations.
