Most of our current executives and directors have worked as amiable colleagues for several years here at Goodman and have had decades of shared experience at other companies. John Goodman, is co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Goodman Networks Inc. Mr. Goodman's telecom career spans two decades beginning with Bell Atlantic Professional Services where he managed outside and inside plant operations in the southwestern U.S. Later, Mr. Goodman joined GTE's Network Operations Center in Irving Texas, supporting Fortune 500 companies and managing technical support services domestically. Post merger, while at Verizon, he held numerous positions managing network design and technical support services. In 2000 he left Verizon to co-found Goodman Networks. Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

Ron Hill is Chief Operating Officer of Goodman Networks. Ron is a seasoned telecom Executive with 23 years of progressive management experience in Sales, Marketing, Program Management, Services, and Engineering, with the majority of his time spent in technical roles. Ron began his career with AT&T in 1985 in Atlanta in the Consumer Products Division. Prior to joining Goodman, his last position was with Alcatel-Lucent where he served as Vice President of Network Engineering -Integration and Optimization. Prior to the merger of Alcatel and Lucent technologies, Ron held positions in Lucent Technologies as VP of Marketing, Senior Director of Sales, Director, NA Engineering, and Senior Director of Program Management. Ron earned his Master's Degree in 1997 in Business Administration from Kellogg, Northwestern University, in Evanston, IL. In addition, he has earned Bachelor degrees in Biology and Psychology.

Scott Pickett, Chief Marketing Officer/Executive Vice President Corporate Planning and M&A, joined Goodman Networks in February of 2002. During his tenure at Goodman, Mr. Pickett has led the Business Development, Marketing and Corporate Planning functions while growing the company's revenues by 5400% from 2002 -2010. Prior to working at Goodman, Scott was the VP of Sales for MindLever Corporation, an enterprise software company located in Research Triangle Park, NC. Prior to joining MindLever, Mr. Pickett managed solutions-based sales organizations at two other enterprise software companies. Mr. Pickett graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Computing & Information Science from McKendree College in Lebanon Il.

Cari Shyiak, President of Network Services & Technology. Cari is an experienced telecom Executive with more than 25 years of international management experience covering Operations, Engineering, Services and Product Management. Prior to joining Goodman Networks, his last position was with Alcatel-Lucent where he served as Vice President of Services for Central and Southeastern Europe. Previous to this, Cari held a number of leadership positions globally within Alcatel-Lucent and Lucent Technologies including VP of Network Solutions & Support Services, VP Global Technical Support Services and Director of Service Product Management Asia Pacific. Cari began his career in operations with Sasktel & Rogers Communications in Canada and earned his EMBA at the Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.

Jim Johnson, President NIS Services, joins Goodman from Alcatel-Lucent, where he held numerous senior leadership positions. Most recently COO of Services, Jim led a team of over 23,000 technical professionals in the delivery of third-party products, services and solutions commitments.  Previously, Jim was Senior Vice President, Americas Regional Services Unit leading a team of over 4,600 technical professionals for delivery of third-party products, services and solution commitments to over 150 customers worldwide.  Jim served as Senior Vice President, Lucent Global Sales & Services Organization and as Vice President, Supply Chain Management and Networks for the Caribbean & Latin America region. Jim joined Lucent from AT&T in 1996 after holding numerous positions in marketing for the semiconductor business in the Microelectronics Division.  He also held several positions in supply chain and manufacturing operations for AT&T along with Director of Procurement for all of Microelectronics globally. Jim has an MBA in Finance & Marketing from East Carolina University, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Elon College.
 

Audrey White, President, Business Operations, is responsible for corporate infrastructure and support including IT, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Contract Management and Quality. Audrey is a telecommunications executive with over 25 years experience in operations/business management, professional services, product development, program management, systems engineering, and customer support. Prior to joining Goodman Networks in January 2011, Audrey was employed by Alcatel-Lucent where she served as the VP of Alcatel-Lucent University. Prior to the merger of Alcatel and Lucent, Audrey performed in a variety of positions at Lucent including VP Professional Services - Americas, VP Operations (Americas Delivery Organization), VP Program Management, Director Customer Technical Support, General Manager – Sales & Services, Business Communications Systems, and other positions in product management and product development (Bell Laboratories) where she started her career. Audrey received BS and MS engineering degrees from Purdue University, W. Lafayette, IN.
Monty West, Vice President of Human Resources, brings over 20 years of experience leading Human Resources organizations at large telecom and high-technology companies. Monty is responsible for leading all of Goodman's Human Resources efforts, including: Compensation and Benefits, Leadership and Learning, Organizational Development, Hiring and On-Boarding, HR Business Partnership, HR Compliance, and Facilities Management. Prior to joining Goodman Networks, Monty held leadership positions with Alcatel, L-3 Communications, and Microsoft. He has a Master's degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and a Bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX.
