Goodman Networks Announces Appointment of President and COO

Goodman Networks announces the appointment of Danny Wade to President and Chief Operating Officer of Goodman Networks, Inc. Wade, who has been a member of the company’s Board for the past two years, brings more than 24 years experience in telecommunications to his appointment at Goodman Networks.

As President and COO of Goodman Networks, Danny will oversee all Operations, Sales/Marketing and Support Operations activities for Goodman Networks which was recognized by both Deloitte and Inc. Magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in 2006.

Prior to Goodman Networks, Mr. Wade served in various executive positions for Alcatel’s North America business including Senior Vice President - Quality, Services and Operations, Group Vice President & COO for the Optical Network Division in North America and Group Vice President of Operations for Alcatel USA. Mr. Wade joined DSC Communications Corporation in June 1990 and served in numerous corporate and operations engineering capacities. Mr. Wade began his career in a variety of managerial and technical positions for AT&T Network Systems in Oklahoma City from 1983 to 1990.

Mr. Wade has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Oklahoma, as well as graduate studies at the University of Oklahoma and Purdue University and currently serves as a member of the University of Oklahoma Industrial Engineering Advisory Board.
