Goodman Networks Recognized in the Inc. 500 List of the Nation’s
Fastest Growing Companies

August 24, 2006 -- Dallas, TX.

Inc. magazine’s, Inc. 500 list today named Goodman Networks as the 279th fastest-growing private company in the country. Based on a 3-year survey of revenues, Goodman Networks showed a 477% increase in growth with 2005 revenues topping $73.3 million. Goodman Networks is among 32 other companies representing Texas on the list. North Texas based Goodman Networks is a leading provider of Wireline, Wireless and Outside Plant (OSP) FTTx service-based solutions for both carriers and OEMs.

“Goodman Networks is honored to receive this prestigious recognition,” said Goodman Networks CEO, John Goodman. “Six years ago, Goodman Networks was created with the foresight and vision needed to succeed in an emerging industry. We are proud to be represented on this most distinguished list and look forward to a continued presence in the Inc. 500.”

“Our appreciation goes out not only Inc. magazine for their recognition, but to our customers and our team of Telecommunications Professionals. The Goodman Team share a commitment of putting quality into every job we do for our customers. The result is a humbling, continual loyalty from our customers as they allow us to build better networks for their customers,” said Scott Pickett, CMO/EVP of Sales.

This year’s list measured revenue growth from 2002 through 2005. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent--not subsidiaries or divisions of another company.

Goodman Networks can be found in the September 2006 issue of Inc. magazine featuring the Inc. 500.
