
Goodman Networks Achieves Perfect QuEST Forum ISO Certification Audit

Officials with Goodman Networks, Inc. announced the results of their annual surveillance audit for
their 2006 TL 9000v registration. The extensive independent audit report by the QuEST Forum concluded
without a single non-conformity found in their superior practices. The QuEST Forum is an internationally
recognized telecommunications quality system that sets standardized performance measurements and shared
best practices for the industry. North Texas based Goodman Networks is a leading provider of Outside
Plant (OSP) FTTx solutions.

TL 9000v Quality Management System defines quality system requirements for the design, development, delivery,

processes including: tool and equipment calibration, corrective preventative actions, internal audits,
post-installation reviews and audits, internal standards for internal service bulletins, engineering quality
analysis and root cause analysis and action plans.
