Goodman Networks Announces Joseph Hart as VP of Wireless Operations

John Goodman, CEO of Goodman Networks, welcomes Joseph
E. (Joe) Hart to Goodman Networks as Vice President of Wireless Operations,
“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Hart as Vice-President
of Wireless Operations and are looking forward to continued growth
and customer service excellence in our wireless division under Joseph's
guidance and leadership.”
Mr. Hart most recently held the position of Senior Vice President
of Operations for NorthStar Communications Group managing their wireline
and wireless operations throughout the US. Additionally, Mr.
Hart had previously served in the wireless broadband industry as
Vice President of Global Services for IP Wireless Inc. In
this capacity, he was responsible for project management, logistics,
network engineering, training, order management and global technical
and customer support.
Mr. Hart has also served in various capacities, for companies such
as Crown Castle (CCI), Fluor Corporation, AT&T Network Systems
(now Lucent), and AT&T International. At Crown Castle,
Mr. Hart served as President of the Latin American Division and as
Vice President of International Development.
While at Fluor Corporation,
Joe served as Vice President of Operations for the Telecommunications
Operating Company and was responsible for the successful and profitable
execution of all projects worldwide for both wireless and wireline
technologies. Mr. Hart created and led a global network engineering
and construction business unit while at AT&T Network Systems
(now Lucent Technologies), building networks in 34 countries and
across the US.
Mr. Hart graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration and also holds a Master's of Science
degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
